About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Security General Manager with a proven track record in event management to lead and coordinate our activities in the Columbus, OH, market, supporting venues such as Ohio Stadium, Nationwide Arena, and Ohio State University. Your primary objective will be to enhance operational efficiency, drive economic outcomes, and maximize profitability through effective management and coaching of the operations team.

Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Security Management: Oversee all facets of operations, including planning, business qualification, event review, and profitability, while ensuring customer satisfaction across all accounts.
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to enhance operational execution and deliver value efficiently.
  • Communication: Establish and communicate objectives to the operations team and the broader organization while maintaining accurate records for internal and external reporting.
  • Contract Execution: Manage the execution of contracts encompassing cost estimation, labor supervision, scheduling, invoicing, and collections.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with customers to address their needs and proactively seek feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop team members, while planning, assigning, and directing work. Recruit and train new staff as necessary.
  • Travel: Be prepared for up to 25% travel requirements.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as requested or required.

Qualifications:
