We at Integral Hospitality are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to spearhead the strategic and operational functions of our property. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of hotel management, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage operations, sales and marketing, profitability, and human resources. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving revenue, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of daily hotel operations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee kitchen operations and food management.
  • Implement and uphold inventory control procedures.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a positive work environment.
