Pay Range: $56,650 – $64,375 annually

POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a Qdoba restaurant, making critical daily management decisions while upholding the brand’s values. The position requires a strong focus on fostering a people-oriented and guest-centric culture that consistently delivers exceptional guest service and high-quality food, all while ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Ensure fast and accurate service through excellent customer engagement, addressing guest questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to achieve positive resolutions and enhance guest satisfaction.
– Train, develop, coach, and evaluate team members’ performance, ensuring comprehensive training systems are implemented and consistently followed.
– Aim to exceed store sales goals relative to the budget and actively participate in marketing initiatives.
– Collaborate on strategies to increase catering sales.
– Oversee training and enforcement of food safety protocols.
– Partner with the leadership team to achieve sales objectives.
– Manage food and labor costs effectively.
– Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal labor laws and regulations.
– Monitor food inventory levels, placing orders as necessary.
– Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
– Foster employee development within the organization to encourage growth and minimize turnover.
– Devote efforts to strategic long-term sales growth initiatives aimed at driving profitable outcomes.
– Manage the complete new hire lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, and training.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Age requirements may apply to comply with state and federal regulations.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Strong prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; highly motivated and organized. Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior while accepting direction from senior leadership. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and motivating staff. A valid driver’s license is required.
