Job Description
Job Title: General Manager
Company: Orangetheory Fitness
Location: Westlake, OH
Pay: $50000 – 55000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 for a General Manager position in Westlake, OH, appears to be below the industry standard for such roles, especially when considering the responsibilities typically associated with general management, which often include overseeing operations, team leadership, and financial decision-making. According to salary data, General Managers in the U.S. usually earn between $70,000 and $120,000 annually, depending on the industry and company size. Additionally, in the Westlake area, cost of living considerations and competitive dynamics suggest that this offered salary may not attract candidates with significant experience or qualifications. Thus, this pay range may be viewed as non-competitive in the current market.
