Job Description
Job Title: General Manager
Company: Orangetheory Fitness
Location: Rocky River, OH
Pay: $50000 – 55000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate translating to an annual salary of $50,000 to $55,000 for a General Manager role in Rocky River, OH, appears to be below market standards for this position, particularly in industries such as retail, hospitality, or manufacturing, where General Managers often earn significantly more, typically ranging from $70,000 to over $100,000 annually based on experience and the specific sector. Additionally, considering that Rocky River is part of the Greater Cleveland area, which has a cost of living that typically aligns with national averages, the offered salary may not compensate adequately for the responsibilities generally expected of a General Manager, indicating it may be non-competitive within the local job market.
