Job Title: General Manager

Company: Orangetheory Fitness

Pay: $50000 – 55000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate equivalent of an annual salary of $50,000 to $55,000 translates to approximately $24 to $26 per hour. For a General Manager position in North Olmsted, OH, this compensation range appears below the national average, which typically falls between $70,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on the industry and company size. Furthermore, northern Ohio’s cost of living is relatively moderate, yet this salary likely does not align with the responsibilities and expectations associated with a General Manager role. Therefore, this rate seems non-competitive and may not attract qualified candidates in the current labor market.
