Job Title: General Manager – Part Time

Company: Landing

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $20 – 23 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $20 to $23 for a part-time General Manager role in Detroit, MI, is generally below the industry standard for this position, which typically ranges from $25 to $40 per hour, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. While part-time roles may offer lower rates compared to full-time positions, the compensation in this case may not adequately reflect the level of expertise and leadership typically expected from a General Manager. Additionally, considering the cost of living in Detroit and the statewide wage trends, this compensation may be perceived as less competitive compared to similar roles in other regions, potentially impacting the ability to attract qualified candidates.
