Job Description
Job Title: Graduate Supervisor- Competitive Sports & Camps
Company: Centers
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 for the role of “Graduate Supervisor – Competitive Sports & Camps” in Cleveland, OH, is generally considered low, especially for positions that often require a graduate degree or significant experience in sports management or recreation. In similar roles within the sports and recreation industry, especially in urban areas like Cleveland, hourly wages typically range from $20 to $30 or more, depending on the organization and specific responsibilities. Moreover, positions like this may offer additional benefits such as tuition reimbursement, which can add overall value. Therefore, while $17 per hour may meet minimum wage standards, it does not appear to be competitive when compared to industry norms for graduate-level positions in this field.
