Job Title: Grill Cook – Pheasant Run Golf Club (Variable Hour)
Company: Canton Township

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.31 for the role of “Grill Cook” at Pheasant Run Golf Club in Canton, MI, falls slightly below the average pay for similar positions in the region, which typically ranges from $17 to $20 per hour based on local market conditions and cost of living adjustments. Given that the restaurant and hospitality sectors often require competitive wages to attract skilled labor, this rate may not be considered competitive, particularly for cooks who possess experience or specialized skills.
