Job description:

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is actively seeking motivated and reliable candidates to enhance our team as Line Cooks. The primary responsibilities of this role include setting up and tearing down the grill line, food preparation, cooking, food presentation, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to order in accordance with specifications.
  • Adhere to standard grill line recipes.
  • Operate grills and fryers; perform sautéing, broiling, and baking as directed.
  • Set up and dismantle food preparation workspaces.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.
  • Properly store and handle food products.
  • Follow food service safety and sanitation protocols diligently throughout the kitchen.
