As a Store Representative, your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, managing product in coolers, organizing storage areas, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. This position involves interaction with store personnel and may also include participating in service projects of varying sizes and complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise, stock, and maintain product displays in both grocery and hardlines.
  • Reset and construct displays utilizing planograms and other instructional materials.
  • Rotate date-sensitive products on the shelf and in the backroom.
  • Transport products between the sales floor and the backroom.
  • Safely operate store equipment.
  • Utilize electronic devices for communication, work instructions, and reporting activities.
  • Foster relationships with teammates, store personnel, and customers.
