Job Description
Job Title: Grocery Stocker and Reset Specialist – Nights
Company: Serv-U-Success
Location: Hillsdale, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for a “Grocery Stocker and Reset Specialist – Nights” in Hillsdale, MI, is on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar roles in grocery and retail settings. As of 2023, grocery stockers typically earn between $15 and $20 per hour, depending on experience, location, and the specific demands of the job. In a rural area like Hillsdale, wages may be lower compared to urban centers; however, $16 is not particularly competitive, especially considering the night shift may entail added responsibilities and less desirable hours. Therefore, while the pay is somewhat aligned with local economic conditions, it may not effectively attract candidates seeking competitive compensation for their skills and availability.
