As a part-time Team Merlin Guest Experience Host, you will play a vital role in creating lifelong memorable experiences for our guests at our attraction. Our Hosts engage in various positions throughout the venue, including Admissions, Ride Operations, Food and Beverage, Retail, Birthday Parties, Costume Characters, and Special Events. Your commitment to delivering the highest standards of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge will ensure that our guests experience optimal enjoyment in a fun, magical, and safe atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
– Approach Guest Service with enthusiasm, assertiveness, and passion, while embodying the Merlin Values at every opportunity.
– Proactively engage with guests, showcasing your enthusiasm and lively spirit.
– Manage extended lines safely while providing an exceptional guest experience.
– Maintain well-stocked displays and points of sale in public areas, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the day.
– Adhere to opening and closing procedures as outlined in the department’s operating plan.
– Uphold Health, Safety, and Security compliance within the workplace, including adherence to COVID-19 policies, practices, and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
About You
– Preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service roles.
– A fun, dynamic, and friendly demeanor.
– Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
– Ability to work in environments with loud noises and confined spaces.
– Self-motivated with the capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
