We are currently seeking enthusiastic and fun-loving individuals to join our Guest Experience Team.
As a part-time Team Merlin Guest Experience Host, you will play a vital role in crafting lifelong memorable experiences for our guests at our attractions. Our Hosts engage in various roles throughout the attraction, including Admissions, Ride Operations, Food and Beverage, Retail, Birthday Parties, Costume Characters, and Special Events. You will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge while ensuring our guests experience maximum enjoyment in a magical, fun, and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
– Embrace an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to Guest Service, embodying the Merlin Values at every opportunity.
– Engage proactively with guests, showcasing enthusiasm and a boundless spirit of fun.
– Ensure effective management of extended lines while maintaining an excellent guest experience.
– Maintain public areas with well-stocked displays and points of sale, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the day.
– Adhere to opening and closing procedures as outlined in the department’s operating plan.
– Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Security standards within the workplace, including COVID-19 policies, practices, and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
About You
– 6 months to 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service roles is preferred.
– A fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
– Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
– Ability to work in environments with loud noises and confined spaces.
– Self-motivated, with the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
– Must be flexible and available to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
