As a part-time Team Merlin Guest Experience Host, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests at our attractions. Our Hosts engage in diverse roles throughout the attraction, including Admissions, Ride Operations, Food and Beverage, Retail, Birthday Parties, Costume Characters, and Special Events. You will uphold the highest standards of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge, ensuring our guests enjoy optimal fun in a magical, enjoyable, and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
– Embrace an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to guest service while exemplifying the Merlin Values at every opportunity.
– Proactively engage with guests, displaying enthusiasm and an abundant spirit of fun.
– Manage extended lines safely while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.
– Ensure that all public areas are well-stocked and maintained in a clean and tidy manner prior to and throughout the day.
– Follow opening and closing procedures as outlined in the department’s operational plan.
– Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Security protocols in the workplace, including adherence to COVID-19 policies, practices, and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
About You
We prefer candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service roles.
– A fun, dynamic, and approachable personality.
– Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
– Ability to work in environments with loud noises and confined spaces.
– Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
