The Guest Experience Specialist will ensure that each guest enjoys a remarkable journey from their initial contact, whether by phone or in person. This role involves accurately scheduling appointments, providing timely and professional services, and embodying our core values in all interactions. Specialists will actively engage with guests to address inquiries, manage the intake process, follow up with new patient leads, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and deliver exemplary communication and administrative support. Moreover, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process while representing the V/O Med Spa brand with the utmost professionalism.
