THE JOB:
As a Guest Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in setting the stage for an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that each assigned room is meticulously cleaned and prepared for guest arrival. By understanding and responding to the unique stories and needs of our guests, you will take ownership of their experience, creating WOW memories that last well beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.56

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Collaborate with a diverse and enthusiastic team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to achieve company goals.
  • Engage with guests by welcoming them with a smile and attending to their stories while ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the guest room.
  • Uphold guest safety by adhering to proper repair reporting procedures.
  • Efficiently clean guest rooms and bathrooms to meet company standards through tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, waste removal, and changing bed linens.
  • Take ownership of the guest experience by utilizing problem-solving skills to create memorable interactions in any situation.
