What You Will Do:
As the friendly and welcoming face of our hotel, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional experiences for our diverse team and guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing courteous, efficient service to guests at check-in and check-out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, handling cash, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Assisting with breakfast and the 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, which may involve food preparation, set up, guest service as a host or bartender, and cleanup.
• Upholding a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to enhance the Drury culture for both guests and colleagues.
