What You Will Do:

As a vital part of our team, you will serve as the friendly and welcoming face of our hotel to guests arriving and departing. Your role will encompass:

• Ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests and team members by providing outstanding service.
• Assisting guests with a warm, efficient, and professional demeanor.
• Performing front desk functions, including checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, managing guest records, handling cash transactions, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving any issues.
• Supporting the breakfast and 5:30 PM Kickback service, which may involve food preparation, setup, guest service (hosting or bartending), and cleanup.
• Upholding high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality, consistently reflecting the Drury culture to guests and colleagues.
• Delivering courteous and friendly service to ensure an exceptional guest experience, embodying a +1 Service attitude.
