What You Will Do
As the welcoming face of our hotel, you will create exceptional experiences for guests as they arrive and depart. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring friendly, efficient, and professional service for all guests.
- Performing front desk tasks such as guest check-in and check-out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, handling cash, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving issues.
- Assisting with breakfast and evening Kickback service, which may involve food preparation, setup, guest service (hosting or bartending), and cleanup.
- Upholding a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality, in line with the Drury culture for both customers and co-workers.
- Providing attentive and friendly service to ensure a remarkable guest experience.
