What You Will Do:
You will serve as the enthusiastic and approachable face of our hotel, welcoming guests at the front door. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring positive and memorable experiences for our diverse team members and guests. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
- Performing front desk responsibilities, including check-ins and check-outs, promoting company initiatives, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving issues.
- Supporting breakfast and the 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, which may involve food preparation, setup, guest service (as a host or bartender), and cleanup.
- Upholding high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality to embody the Drury culture for both customers and colleagues.
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences with a courteous and friendly service attitude.
