What You Will Do:
Serve as a warm and welcoming presence to our guests as they enter and exit our hotel. Your role will involve ensuring exceptional and positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Performing front desk functions such as check-in and check-out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, handling cash, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving issues.
  • Assisting with breakfast and the 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, guest service (as a host or bartender), and cleanup.
  • Upholding high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality, embodying the Drury culture for both customers and colleagues.
  • Providing exceptional guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
