AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for the “Guest Service Agent/Night Audit” role in Lansing, MI, I’d need specific figures. However, generally speaking, as of my last update, the hourly wage for this position typically ranges from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, the employing establishment, and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, particularly in markets like Lansing, a competitive rate would be around the middle to higher end of this spectrum due to the cost of living and demand for service staff. If the rate is within this range, it can be considered competitive; otherwise, it may not attract qualified candidates. For the most accurate evaluation, comparing the offered rate with local job postings and wage surveys would be essential.
