Job description:

Upshift is seeking Guest Service Associates to fulfill flexible shift opportunities.

As a Guest Service Associate, you will play a vital role in hotel operations by offering front desk services, processing guest payments, and serving as a resource for various inquiries. Your responsibilities may include the following:

  • Monitor guest check-ins and address complaints and requests promptly.
  • Manage special requests and provide wake-up calls as needed.
  • Greet customers over the phone and connect them with the appropriate department.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, such as cleaning room suites.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and sanitation of rooms.

This position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently. Candidates should possess good hearing and vision.
