POSITION SUMMARY

This involves a variety of responsibilities, including setting up tables, effectively communicating with the kitchen staff, interacting with and serving our guests, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Success in this role hinges on several key factors: fostering a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring a professional appearance and communication style. Our Guest Service Experts will be engaged in dynamic tasks, requiring them to be on their feet for extended periods, manage the menu with attention to detail, and actively participate in their duties. Responsibilities include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds unaided and up to 50 pounds with assistance, as well as performing physical movements such as bending, twisting, and stooping. Exceeding expectations in these tasks is vital for both our guests’ satisfaction and our business success.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
