Job Description
Job Title: Guest Service Representative (4pm-12am)
Company: My Place Hotels
Location: Wixom, MI
Pay: $16 – 16.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $16.50 for a Guest Service Representative position in Wixom, MI, falls within the lower to mid range of industry standards for similar roles, especially given the hours of 4 PM to 12 AM, which typically warrant a premium for evening shifts. As of late 2023, the average pay for such positions in Michigan generally ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors like experience and specific job requirements. While this rate is competitive for entry-level positions, it may not fully reflect the increased responsibilities or customer service demands often associated with evening shifts in hospitality or retail environments. Overall, while the pay is reasonable for a starting role, it may not be sufficiently attractive for retaining talent in a competitive job market.
