Job description:
Saint John’s Resort is expanding its team and is in search of a dedicated full-time Guest Services Associate for the Hotel Front Desk.

The responsibilities of this role include staffing the Hotel Front Desk while delivering exceptional service to all guests.

Ideal candidates will possess an outgoing and friendly personality, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Familiarity with Opera is a plus. Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong organizational skills and a willingness to embrace new responsibilities. We seek creative, energetic, and motivated individuals who have a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest services.
