About the Role:
Become a vital member of the guest service team at My Place Hotel as a Night Auditor. In this essential position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all guest needs during the night shift. Your responsibilities will encompass managing reservations, facilitating check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries. We are looking for an organized, reliable multi-tasker who possesses a positive attitude and a strong familiarity with the local area to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guest Services: Deliver a warm and welcoming experience to all guests by efficiently handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and accurately recording charges for rooms, taxes, My Store purchases, and pet fees, in accordance with established policies.
  • Guest Assistance: Respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints with a thorough understanding of the hotel’s amenities and nearby attractions, including dining, shopping, entertainment, and places of worship.
  • Night Audit & Paperwork: Complete the Night Audit Checklist, manage cash logs and call logs, and maintain all required documentation. Ensure the Front Desk Log is up to date and review logs from prior shifts at the beginning of your shift.
  • Cleaning & Laundry: Perform light cleaning duties as needed, including laundry, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring that the front desk, lobby, and housekeeping areas are clean and well-stocked.
  • Safety & Security: Follow all safety and security protocols, conduct regular inspections of the property, make sure exterior doors are secure, and report any potential hazards.
  • Learning & Growth: Be willing to assume additional responsibilities as necessary and be available on call for any hotel needs.
