Job description:

An installer will work under the guidance of our experienced Production Manager (PM) while receiving training to develop their skills. The primary responsibilities of the installer include, but are not limited to, delivering exceptional customer service, executing installations, maintaining cleanliness at job sites, and managing truck inventory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of installations while adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Complete necessary documentation promptly.
  • Perform duties in accordance with OSHA regulations and other relevant safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a safety-first mindset at all times.
  • As a first-year installer, you can expect to earn between $70,000 and $80,000.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the construction sector.
  • Prior experience in roofing, siding, or gutter installation is advantageous.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
