Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Bartenders to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. In the role of Handlebar Club Bartender, you will be tasked with serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process drink orders from guests and servers, manage payments, and provide accurate change.
  • Create beverages according to standardized recipes and proportions.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly by verifying identification and adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures.
  • Accurately complete sales and inventory reports.
  • Maintain bar stock through ordering of liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
  • Proficient in cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Familiarity with computerized point of sale systems.
  • High school diploma or GED is not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions consistently throughout shifts.
  • Capacity to lift stock up to 50 pounds on occasion.
  • Exposure to moderate to high noise levels during peak operational times.
