Job description:

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Bartenders to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Handlebar Club Bartender, you will be responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process drink orders from guests and servers, manage payment transactions, and provide accurate change
• Prepare drinks according to standardized recipes and proportions
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, verifying identification and adhering to all alcohol service policies and regulations
• Accurately complete sales and inventory reports
• Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• A minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
• Demonstrated experience in cash handling and credit card processing
• Familiarity with computerized point-of-sale systems
• A high school diploma or GED is not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions constantly
• Capability to lift stock weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Exposure to moderate to high noise levels during peak times
