Job Summary:

• Provide basic construction skills to residents and businesses in Ann Arbor and the surrounding area.
• Bid on projects and ensure high levels of satisfaction upon completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in at least three (3) of the following skill areas:
  • General Carpentry (Rough and Finish)
  • Bathroom Upgrades/Remodels
  • Kitchen Refreshes/Remodels
  • Interior and Exterior Painting
  • Drywall Repair/Patching/Caulking
  • Basic Plumbing and Electrical Knowledge
  • Flooring Repair and Installation

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Required tools, a work vehicle, and strong references.

• Reside within a 20-mile radius of Ann Arbor.
