AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for Health Information Specialists in Ann Arbor, MI, I would need specific figures for the rate in question. However, generally speaking, as of 2023, the hourly rate for Health Information Specialists in the United States tends to range from approximately $20 to $35, depending on experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. In Ann Arbor, which often has a higher cost of living, rates may skew towards the higher end of that scale or slightly above it. To determine competitiveness, compare the offered rate against local averages and industry benchmarks, considering factors such as the presence of healthcare institutions in the area, demand for health information services, and the specialist’s level of expertise. If the provided rate falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive; otherwise, it may be beneficial to reassess alignment with industry standards.
