Job Description
Job Title: Hearing Care Coordinator-Ashland, OH
Company: Sonova
Location: Ashland, OH
Pay: $16 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $18 for a Hearing Care Coordinator position in Ashland, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar roles. According to data from various job market sources, the typical hourly wage for hearing care coordinators or similar positions in the healthcare field tends to range from $18 to $25 nationally, depending on experience and local cost of living. In Ohio, particularly in areas like Ashland, wages may be somewhat lower than urban centers, yet the proposed rate does not fully reflect the responsibilities that often accompany the role, such as patient interaction, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Therefore, while the rate is competitive for entry-level positions, it may not adequately reward the skill set and responsibilities commonly associated with hearing care coordination.
