Job Title: Hearing Care Coordinator-Ontario & Bucyrus, OH

Company: Sonova

Location: Ontario, OH

Pay: $16 – 18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $18 for a Hearing Care Coordinator in Ontario and Bucyrus, OH, is somewhat competitive, though it may be on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles within the healthcare industry, particularly those focused on audiology and hearing services. According to national averages, positions like medical office coordinators or similar administrative roles in healthcare typically range from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, considering the cost of living in Ohio and the demand for healthcare services, this pay rate might attract candidates seeking entry-level positions, but it could limit appeal to more experienced professionals. Therefore, while it may be acceptable for entry-level applicants, it may not adequately reflect the value of experience and skill in a more specialized healthcare role.
