Job Title: HHA

Company: Assisting Hands of Northern Summit

Location: Stow, OH

Pay: $15 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $17 for a Home Health Aide (HHA) position in Stow, OH, appears to be slightly below or at the lower end of the national average, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and certification. While this rate may be competitive in some regions or for entry-level positions, it tends to be on the lower spectrum considering the rising demand for HHAs due to an aging population and higher costs of living in many areas. Therefore, while the pay is within a reasonable range for the role, it may not fully align with industry standards, especially when factoring in the responsibilities and emotional demands placed on health aides.
