Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:

• Implement personalized weekly schedules and care plans tailored to individual client needs
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
• Provide personal companionship and actively engage with clients, offering social and emotional support
• Assist with personal care tasks, including personal hygiene, mobility support, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Facilitate transportation to and from appointments when necessary
• Perform administrative tasks, including documenting the completion of duties and reporting any changes in clients’ physical or mental conditions

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience
• Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and access to a reliable vehicle
• Open availability is strongly preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Verification of eligibility to work in the U.S.
