Job Description
Job Title: Hiring Experienced LPN
Company: TheKey
Location: Upper Arlington, OH
Pay: $25 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $25 for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Upper Arlington, OH, is generally considered below the industry standard for this role. As of late 2023, LPNs in Ohio typically earn between $20 to $30 per hour, with averages closer to $25-$27 depending on experience, facility type, and demand. While $25 is on par with minimum entry-level salaries, more experienced LPNs or those with specialized skills may expect rates on the higher end of the spectrum. Consequently, this rate may not be competitive for attracting seasoned LPN applicants, especially in a market where demand for healthcare professionals remains strong.
