Location: Columbus, OH and surrounding areas (Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required).
We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for various shifts.

Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:

  • Implement comprehensive, personalized weekly schedules and care plans
  • Safely and professionally complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Provide personal companionship to clients, actively engaging in ongoing social and emotional support
  • Assist clients with personal care activities, which include hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
  • Offer transportation services to and from appointments as necessary
  • Perform administrative tasks such as documenting completed responsibilities and reporting any changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capabilities, or behavior

Qualifications:
To get started, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience
  • Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicle
  • Open availability is strongly preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Documentation proving eligibility to work in the U.S.
