Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:
– Implement personalized weekly schedules and care plans to meet client needs
– Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
– Provide personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client to offer social and emotional support
– Aid in personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
– Offer transportation to and from appointments as needed
– Perform administrative tasks, including documenting the completion of tasks and reporting any changes in clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, or behavior
Qualifications:
To Get Started, You Will Need:
– At least 1 year of professional experience
– Open availability is strongly preferred
– Basic computer skills
– Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
