Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at TheKey, your duties will include:

  • Implementing personalized weekly schedules and care plans tailored to each client’s needs
  • Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) safely and professionally
  • Providing personal companionship and actively engaging with clients to offer ongoing social and emotional support
  • Aiding with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
  • Offering transportation to and from appointments as necessary
  • Performing administrative tasks such as documenting completed tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capabilities, or behavior

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Open availability is highly preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
