Job Description
Job Title: Hiring LPNs
Company: TheKey
Location: Gahanna, OH
Pay: $25 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of my last update, an hourly rate of $25 for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in Gahanna, OH, is generally considered competitive but may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, and the specific employer. The average hourly wage for LPNs in Ohio typically ranges from $20 to $30, with variations owing to the type of healthcare facility and demand in the area. Considering Gahanna’s proximity to Columbus, which can influence wage rates due to the urban area’s health care needs, $25 an hour aligns closely with regional standards, making it an attractive offer for candidates in the field. However, potential hires may also consider benefits and work environment when evaluating the overall competitiveness of the compensation.
