Job Description
Job Title: Home Care Aide
Company: Brookdale Senior Living
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $15 – 16.88 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $16.88 for a Home Care Aide in Columbus, OH, is generally in line with or slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific job requirements. In Ohio, wages for home care aides can vary based on factors such as the specific employer, the complexity of care required, and the caregiver’s qualifications. While the offered rate is competitive for entry-level positions, it may not adequately reflect the experience or specialized skills of more seasoned aides. Therefore, while it offers a starting point for employment, there could be a need for wage adjustments to attract and retain skilled workers in the field.
