Job Description
Job Title: Home Care Aide
Company: Help at Home
Location: Norwalk, OH
Pay: $15 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $17 for a Home Care Aide in Norwalk, OH is slightly below the national average for comparable positions, which typically ranges from $16 to $25 per hour depending on experience, skills, and specific duties. In Ohio, wages can vary, but many home care aides earn around $13 to $20 per hour. Given the rising cost of living and increased demand for healthcare services, particularly in home care, this pay range may struggle to attract qualified candidates, suggesting that improving compensation could be beneficial for recruiting and retaining staff while remaining competitive within the local market.
