Location: Norwalk, OH
Pay: $15 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $17 for a Home Care Aide position in Norwalk, OH, is generally considered competitive and aligns with industry standards for this role, especially in a smaller city. According to recent data, home care aides in Ohio typically earn between $13 and $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific responsibilities. Additionally, the PRN (as needed) and flexible scheduling options may attract candidates who prioritize work-life balance, although the lower end of the pay scale might deter some applicants in a competitive job market. Overall, this wage range appears reasonable for the area, yet may require additional benefits or incentives to attract higher-quality candidates.
