Job Description
Job Title: Home Care Aide – Shelby Twp., Weekends 12p-6p
Company: Help at Home
Location: Shelby Township, MI
Pay: $15 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a Home Care Aide in Shelby Township, MI, particularly for weekend shifts from 12 PM to 6 PM, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. As of late 2023, typical hourly wages for home care aides in Michigan generally range from $15 to $20, depending on experience and specific responsibilities, with some competitive roles paying even more for skill sets such as specialized care or additional training. Given the growing demand for home care services and the essential nature of weekend shifts, which often command a premium rate, this pay scale may not be fully competitive, potentially leading to challenges in attracting qualified candidates.
