Home Care Aide/STNA – Cincinnati, Part-Time Position Available

As a Home Care Aide, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing essential support in the following areas:
– Light housekeeping duties, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
– Assistance with personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and meals
– Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments
Eligibility Requirements:
– Must have a valid STNA certification or have completed a Home Health Aide training program that included at least 75 hours of instruction, comprising 16 hours of supervised practical training and covering all necessary topics.
– Good physical health is required, including documentation of a tuberculosis test conducted within six months prior to the first assignment (when applicable).
– Committed to ongoing professional development, including required training as mandated by the organization and the state.
Please note that caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, and bonuses vary by state and location. In Ohio only, starting December 9, 2024, a $500 hiring bonus is available for caregivers who maintain active employment and complete at least 500 hours of work. An additional $500 bonus will be awarded to caregivers who complete another 500 hours. Caregivers must be active employees at the time of the bonus payout. New caregivers and those who have not worked with Help at Home in the past 12 months are eligible, while those transferring from other organizations within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio are not.
