Job Title: Home Care Aide/STNA – Georgetown, Th-Sun
Company: Help at Home
Location: Georgetown, OH

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $150 per week for a role such as “Home Care Aide/STNA” in Georgetown, OH, translates to approximately $3.75 per hour, which is significantly below the typical industry standards. According to recent data, home care aides and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) in Ohio generally earn between $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. In Georgetown and surrounding areas, this rate appears non-competitive and would likely deter potential applicants, given the higher demand for caregivers and the higher wages offered in similar roles.
