AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $18 for the role of “Home Care Aide/STNA” in Harrison, OH, is generally competitive but may vary based on a few factors, including regional labor market conditions and specific job responsibilities. As of 2023, the national average pay for home health aides is approximately $13 to $17 per hour, suggesting that this rate is on the higher end of the spectrum, particularly for an STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) role, which typically requires additional certification. In suburban areas like Harrison, where the cost of living is relatively moderate, these pay rates align well with industry standards, especially for part-time positions. However, potential candidates should also consider benefits offered, job stability, and working conditions when evaluating the competitiveness of this rate.
