We are currently seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for Home Care positions in Hillsboro. The ideal candidates must be available to work from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily. We encourage applicants to apply even if they are unable to work every shift, as we are looking to hire multiple caregivers.

As a Home Care Aide, you will provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, assisting them with various activities such as:
– Light housekeeping, including organization, laundry, and basic cleaning
– Personal care activities, including dressing, grooming, and meal assistance
– Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments
Eligibility Requirements:
– Must hold a valid STNA certification or have completed a Home Health Aide Training program that includes at least 75 hours of instruction, with 16 hours of supervised practical training covering required topics.
– Must be in good physical health and provide documentation of a tuberculosis test taken within six (6) months prior to the first assignment, where mandated.
– A commitment to ongoing professional development and to completing required training as mandated by the organization and the state.
*Please note, caregivers are required to comply with state background screening regulations. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses may differ based on state and location. For employees in Ohio only – effective December 9, 2024, eligibility for a $500 hiring bonus will depend on maintaining active employee status and completing at least 500 hours of work. An additional bonus of $500 will be awarded for completing another 500 hours of work. Employees must be active at the time of payout to qualify for these bonuses. New and previous caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home within the last 12 months are also eligible. Caregivers transferring from other organizations within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio are not eligible for these bonuses.
