Job Title: Home Care Aide/STNA – Middletown, Wednesdays

Company: Help at Home

Location: Middletown, OH

Pay: $16 – 18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $18 for a Home Care Aide/STNA (State Tested Nurse Aide) in Middletown, OH, is relatively competitive but slightly below the higher end of the industry standards for this role in the region. As of late 2023, the average pay for home care aides in Ohio generally ranges from about $15 to $20, depending on experience, certifications, and specific responsibilities. While $16 – $18 is within the acceptable range, it may not attract applicants with more experience or those looking for higher compensation typical in urban areas or specialized care settings. Therefore, for maintaining a competitive edge in recruitment, the pay could benefit from adjustment or additional incentives.
